Are you an ambitious project manager looking for a new challenge in the events industry?


MoneyNext is an in-person and digital events business with a track record of producing industry leading B2B events in financial services technology.


Our Summits are growing exponentially with exciting plans to develop them both domestically and internationally over the next 18 months.


We are looking for an Events and Communications Project Manager to play a critical role in directing our events and communicating with our stakeholders.


The Role
In this role you will be the conductor to our orchestra - ensuring all parts of the band play well together


You will work alongside the conference team to liaise with our speakers - placing them on the programme, arranging interviews, coordinating their logistics and ensuring all of their questions are answered.


With our marketing team, you will liaise on upcoming content releases, flag up potential great interviews and assist with the development of editorial and video content through our extended freelance team.

You will take ownership of enquiries from potential attendees, assisting them with the booking process (no selling involved).


Together with our sales team, you will be the point of contact for our partners, coordinating their presence pre-show and onsite, ensuring contracts are delivered against and assisting them with any questions they might have.


Finally, you will assist with the operations behind each event, working with the venue and our suppliers to coordinate logistics.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced, confident, motivated and highly organised professional to develop a crucial role in a fast-growing events business.


Responsibilities:


  • Liaising with potential speakers to understand where they best fit within our programmes and securing them to an agreed time and topic
  • Arranging video interviews with speakers preshow and inline with our marketing campaigns
  • Managing all speaker communications ensuring the event is in their diary, getting marketing deliverables from them and ensuring they have all the details they need to attend the event seamlessly.
  • Managing the "Masterplan" document for each event to ensure updates can be given to the team each week on exactly where each show is.
  • Working with the marketing team to flag times for interviews with speakers, questions to be asked of them and when that content could be made available for release
  • Potential to assist with managing an extended team of freelancers to help develop our content marketing programme
  • Working with contracted clients to ensure all aspects of their contracts are delivered and a high level of satisfaction experienced preshow and onsite
  • Communicating with clients of their responsibilities and how they can maximise their presence at our shows
  • Assisting with the management of all onsite logistics for each event identifying and negotiating with suppliers and managing each relationship through to onsite delivery.
  • Onsite point of contact for suppliers ensuring the smooth setup and delivery of each event.

Event and project management experience would be very beneficial.

The role is based remotely with travel to our 2 domestic events in London expected.
