Bombardier Aerospace is seeking an experienced Technical Records Coordinator for its new Service Centre located at the London Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom.


The London Service Centre will join an award winning Network of wholly-owned Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Centres; as well as a line maintenance station in Luton, Nice, Linz, Milan and Paris.


In your role, you will:

  • Create statements to ensure aircrafts meets airworthiness requirements
  • Aircraft maintenance data entry, analysis and audit of maintenance paperwork
  • Support between CAMO/Customer and Leads, B1, B2 and C-Certs regarding paperwork queries
  • Support between C-Certs, Warranty, SMP and Invoice analysis ensuring all corrective actions are up to date for billing purposes, data entry of invoice data for customer requirements
  • Ensuring all systems are up to date as work commences
  • Point of contact regarding maintaining Technical Records for a/c's currently in work and previously worked ensuring all systems are up to date as work commences
  • Create soft copies using PDF and organize hard copies to be provided to suppliers within specifics deadlines.
  • Support CAMO / customer with maintenance tracking services
  • Ensure all information is up to date so the client can always be aware of the status and in line with EASA regulations
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to members of management at least 50% of the time
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for onsite / off site special events such as AOG's or Line Maintenance Projects
  • Support internal audits ensuring all compliance procedures are followed. Prepare findings and spot checks to monitor accuracy on and before delivering work pack to customer
  • Ensuring all relevant information has been registered on the a/c service order and if the work has been completed in compliance with applicable maintenance data. Report all discrepancies to Ccerts and planning for correction
  • Ensure all maintenance records and accompanying paperwork have been completed as required by the regulation for approval of the certifying engineer before the aircraft is returned to service
  • Ability to search/ interpret / process all relevant regulatory documents, actions and requirements
  • Prepare and initiate departmentwide mass communication for review of management prior to distribution, primarily Quality, Certifying staff and Operations Manager
  • Assist with day to day support of the engineering team
  • Have responsibilities the include, but are not limited to, handling confidential and time sensitive material, maintaining up to date timelines of maintenance records for projects and projecting the appropriate professional image of the company
  • Create and populate the CRS (Certificate Release to Service) for engineers

Qualifications

  • You have experience supporting members of management, preferred.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of operational processes and workflow for assigned area (Project Management timelines
  • You have a thorough knowledge of various files and filing system(s)
  • You will have an understanding of EASA regulations or Aviation or similar industries
  • You poses skills necessary to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • You have the ability to work in a team environment with all staff in Bombardier Aerospace Corporate offices, departments and applicable associated vendors
  • You have the ability to provide direction to other employees as applicable
  • You know to use discretion with customers and staff
  • Previous knowledge of SAP System would be an advantage
  • You have the ability to understand complexity of client relationships and status of accounts for upper management
  • You will have a huge amount of discretion with sensitive data and client information and be able to communicate with clients as required. You will follow all GDPR procedures.
