Up to £46k DOE | Remote Working | Ambitious MSP


Do you have Microsoft certification/s? Are you a technical leader, using your initiative to think outside of the box to answer queries? If so, our client, a world-class IT services company is seeking a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.


Tech Support - 3rd Line Responsibilities include: -

  • Writing/updating user and system documentation
  • Network and Server administration
  • SLAbased technical support calls
  • When required attend client site to complete support tickets and/or project work

Tech Support - 3rd Line Requirements include: -

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft or COMPTIA certified
  • Advanced troubleshooting Windows Servers , Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Virtual desktops, workstations, hardware and software
  • Knowledge of server hardware
  • HP and Dell
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL Certificates and DNS records
  • Must hold a full clean UK Driving License
