Job Scope for Administrator
- Support administrative work for restaurants
- Arrange repair works, periodic maintenance for restaurants
- Ensure office files and server in orderly manner
- Coordinate daily order with outlet from delivery platform
- Handling of utility bills for restaurants with supplier / energy consultant
- Submission of all paper work to relevant authorities
- Printing and upkeeping of restaurants' menus
- Managing of restaurants' reservations
- Ability to deal with vendors, suppliers and contractors
- Weekly collection of documents from restaurants
- Deal with refunds from delivery platforms
- Any adhoc duties required by office manager
Requirements:
- 35 experience in administrative jobs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel etc.
- Able to communicate in English / Mandarin / Cantonese
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work without supervision
- Excellent organization skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
