Description

Job Scope for Administrator

  • Support administrative work for restaurants
  • Arrange repair works, periodic maintenance for restaurants
  • Ensure office files and server in orderly manner
  • Coordinate daily order with outlet from delivery platform
  • Handling of utility bills for restaurants with supplier / energy consultant
  • Submission of all paper work to relevant authorities
  • Printing and upkeeping of restaurants' menus
  • Managing of restaurants' reservations
  • Ability to deal with vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Weekly collection of documents from restaurants
  • Deal with refunds from delivery platforms
  • Any adhoc duties required by office manager

Requirements:


  • 35 experience in administrative jobs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel etc.
  • Able to communicate in English / Mandarin / Cantonese

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Excellent organization skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
