Senior HR Assistant/ HR Officer

Temporary 3 Months

North Bedford

£27,000-£32,000

Hybrid (50/50)


You will work closely with the Head of HR on ad hoc project related work, providing administrative assistance and ensuring people data and communications are delivered clearly and effectively.


Depending on the experience you have, the Head of HR is able to tailor the workload so if you have employee relations experience or other specialised HR experience she will endeavour to ensure you are completing work that you enjoy and are comfortable with.


Who is this going to suit?

This role would suit an experienced HR Assistant or HR Officer who is available, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with your team and stakeholders. Previous experience of supporting recruitment and onboarding processes is essential, as is an understanding of HR policies and procedures.
