The Role


Hedley's College are looking to recruit a personal tutor who will join an established senior leadership team currently leading Hedley's College and Hedley's Horizons.

We seek an individual who has experience of Planning, preparing, managing and delivering high quality learning to a group of young people aged 19-25 with a range of physical and learning disabilities.

These young people need to be supported in a very structured way with routine being a key to their success and need a range of creative teaching methods.


The successful individual will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible in their approach and understand the importance of structure, routine and familiarity that this client group requires.
