HRBP, Volume Customer Service, Risk & Ops.

  • The role entails partnering with leaders in the Service organisation, and taking ownership and responsibility for business partner relationships. The objective is to create effective people solutions that drive the people agenda, fostering transformational improvements in people performance and organizational capability aligned with business strategy and goals.
  • As a member of the Business HR team, you will contribute to designing, planning, developing, and implementing an integrated and comprehensive People Plan. This plan will be solutionfocused and enable the successful execution of the business unit plan.
  • Collaboration with specialist HR teams in Business, HR Services, and the Group COE will be integral to delivering and, in some cases, cocreate HR strategy, policies, and processes.
    What are we looking for in our HRBP, Volume Customer Service, Risk & Ops?
  • The HR Business Partner drives partnerships with functional managers translating business and function specific objectives to human capital strategies and directing the planning and delivery of HR programmes and services to the business.
  • Manages the delivery of proactive, strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the people agenda with key business strategies.
  • Implements a local people plan to enhance the success of the business unit and provide leadership support to senior leaders and their teams.
  • Maintains the strategic business partner relationship, making datadriven decisions to provide strategic insight, challenge, and thought leadership for driving the people strategy.
  • Sustains and owns the strategic business partner relationship, providing insight, challenge, and thought leadership to help managers drive their people strategy.
  • Contributes to and manages the delivery of strategies as a strategic business partner to managers, focusing on a transformational talent agenda to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.
  • Manages functional performance management, consistently measuring the effectiveness of people initiatives and programs to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Leads business partnering for managers, addressing attraction, development, and retention issues through activities such as annual reviews, coaching, career pathing, reporting, metrics, and special projects.
  • Contributes to the people elements of organizational design projects, streamlining and implementing new structures, roles, and processes to increase speed, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving business demands.
  • Supports and coordinates consultation and collaboration across the full spectrum of people issues, providing feedback and establishing linkages with all functional components of HR.
  • Manages strategic relationships to proactively facilitate effective information flow, decision making, and actions on people issues across the unit and project levels.
  • Engages with the organization and key stakeholders to drive an inclusive culture and provides regular progress updates to business leaders.
  • Coaches managers on people policies and processes, including organizational design, change management, talent management, and leadership capability, fostering engagement and a culture of continuous growth.
  • Supports collaborations with functional leadership and the director of talent acquisition to identify and prioritize current and future talent needs.

What experience is required for our Volume Customer Service, Risk & Ops?

  • Experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy.
