Sales Support Administrator:
Your role will involve:
- Making appointments for your sales staff to visit clients
- Uploading the information sheets supplied from the sales team that go out and visit clients
- Preparing quotations
- Calling the clients and asking them questions and supplying them with any answers in regards to the product that you are supplying them with
- Supporting the sales teams administration
- Coordinating any presentations which the Sales staff require.
- Order processing log the details on the Order Spreadsheet, updating sales opportunities, passing the order over to the Order processing team
- Making sure that there is stock in for placing orders
This role requires a full time person to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Friendly offices, working in a team of people who will support and assist you.
