Sales Support Administrator:


Your role will involve:


  • Making appointments for your sales staff to visit clients
  • Uploading the information sheets supplied from the sales team that go out and visit clients
  • Preparing quotations
  • Calling the clients and asking them questions and supplying them with any answers in regards to the product that you are supplying them with
  • Supporting the sales teams administration
  • Coordinating any presentations which the Sales staff require.
  • Order processing log the details on the Order Spreadsheet, updating sales opportunities, passing the order over to the Order processing team
  • Making sure that there is stock in for placing orders


This role requires a full time person to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Friendly offices, working in a team of people who will support and assist you.

There are buses near by and the train station about a 15 min walk from the company.
