Are you an experienced Anaesthetic Practitioner looking to take on a temporary leadership role? Circle Health Group is currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team at The Ridgeway Hospital in Swindon, Wiltshire.


As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the anaesthetic department, ensuring smooth operations and providing high-quality care to our patients.

You will lead a team of dedicated practitioners, supporting and guiding them to deliver exceptional service.


During your shift, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep knowledge of anaesthetic procedures.
