Description

The University of London is the UK's leading provider of digital and blended distance education internationally, offering programmes to 45,000 students in 190 countries around the world.

Although proudly rooted in London, our community and impact are global.

We are also a federation of 17 esteemed higher education institutions, with collaboration at the heart of our ethos.

The University of London federation is a collective community of more than 240,000 learners and 50,000 staff, delivering world-leading research across all disciplines.

The Board of Trustees helps the University achieve our strategic aims by providing challenge and input into major decisions.

As the Student Member you will play a key role in ensuring the student perspective is front and centre of these discussions.

Please note, the University's Statutes do not currently include provision for a student member on the Board of Trustees.

As such, the role will start off as a participative but non-voting role, as until the Privy Council has confirmed revisions to our Statutes.

Interviews will be held:
Wednesday 21 June 2023, between 1pm-4pm BST.
