    Serviap Logistics: Senior Logistics Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing logistics strategies to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, with expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics operations. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identifying bottlenecks in the market and taking corrective action to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services;
    • Monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency;
    • Arranging warehouse operations, cataloguing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments;
    • Resolving any arising problems or complaints;
    • Supervising, coaching, and training warehouse staff;
    • Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements;
    • Proposing improvement processes to minimize picking errors;
    • Managing packers and monitoring quality/appearance of packaged orders;
    • Processing rush orders outside standard processes.

    You will work in a hybrid environment, part home-based and part based at our office in Shepperton, Surrey. The salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
