Description

Beta Group Ltd are growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic outgoing person to join our team to offer support to various departments.


Role description:

Working closely with the sales department, office, accounts and production teams to accurately prepare and process all sales and office administration.


Role:


  • Ensure all sales administration, production and order forms are accurate
  • Proactively updating customer orders
  • Providing technical support to customers queries (following training)
  • Preparing and updating sales quotations
  • Providing administrative support to other departments
  • Delivering high levels of customer service at all times

Required skills and experiences:


  • IT skills
  • Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
  • Confidence with sales & office administration skills
  • Excellent listener with the ability to understand customers' needs
  • Selfmotivation, enthusiasm, energy and positivity
  • Attention to detail and ability to retain product knowledge.
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written

Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bacup, OL13 8AQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

- office: 1 year (preferred)
