Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Preparing sales reports and KPIs trackers relating to the sales department
  • Coordination and administration of development marketing, signage, and the point of contact for ordering material such as brochures, leaflets
  • Stock management for marketing suites
  • Compiling development pricelists
  • Support with website amendments; home of the week, and plot status updates
  • Answering incoming calls to head office, diverting to relevant departments and taking messages
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Sales and Managing Director
  • Working as part of the wider team to ensure open communication flows freely reducing blockages and supporting business efficiency

Experience:


  • GCSE C or equivalent in Math and English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, PDF, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of COINS would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience working for an estate agent or newbuild developer would be advantageous
