Job Summary:
Duties:
- Preparing sales reports and KPIs trackers relating to the sales department
- Coordination and administration of development marketing, signage, and the point of contact for ordering material such as brochures, leaflets
- Stock management for marketing suites
- Compiling development pricelists
- Support with website amendments; home of the week, and plot status updates
- Answering incoming calls to head office, diverting to relevant departments and taking messages
- Ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Sales and Managing Director
- Working as part of the wider team to ensure open communication flows freely reducing blockages and supporting business efficiency
Experience:
- GCSE C or equivalent in Math and English
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, PDF, and Outlook
- Knowledge of COINS would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience working for an estate agent or newbuild developer would be advantageous
