My client who is a leading name in the world of electronics is now seeking a UK based Managing Director to manage and grow the UK business

As the Managing Director for the Company, you'll be responsible for leading the UK employees and growing the business.

This will be a 'hands on' role covering all aspects of company management as well as actively selling my clients products.

Within the role you will plan, develop and execute company business strategies and plans to achieve KPIs and drive UK business growth.

Working closely with the CEO/Board, you will share your view of the market, risks and future potential for the company, and manage turnover, costs, balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

In addition to managing and developing employees and providing guidance and motivation to drive performance towards KPIs, you will also work directly with customers to ensure that the business is successful.

Experience:

A background in sales and management is essential.
