The salary for this permanent Head of Quality job is £52,638 - £56,158 per annum.Benefits:

Shift Pattern:
- Full time hours
- Predominantly Monday to Friday but some OOH work required
Duties:
- Play a vital role in the development of all clinical services
- Take responsibility for the quality and the delivery of exceptional care and will also act as the Registered Manager for Inpatient Services with the Care Quality Commission
- Oversee the daytoday management of the Inpatient services
- Offer expertise and inspiring leadership to all you work with, putting patients and families at the heart of all you do
Requirements of the Head of Quality:
- An exceptional leader with expert skills in palliative and end of life care
- Drive and passion, who can organise and prioritise their workload whilst empowering the team to facilitate change
- Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills to join our team and further put our clinical services on the map
- Relevant qualification/registration
- Previous experience of leading a team
