Salary:
From £43,373 per annum dependent on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the requirements capture, design, implementation, delivery, commissioning and handover of major construction and engineering projects
  • Controlling project costs through full lifecycle incorporating contractual and supply chain costs, accurate forecasting aligned to spend profiles
  • Controlling project activities including site management and contractor control
  • Maintain and manage a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the highrisk aspects of the projects undertaken

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of successfully managing major projects i.e. up to multimillion pound value
  • Experience of managing a team and effectively communicating at all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Development of Project Management Plans, Presentation packs, LCM presentation material

The Major Projects Team:


This role sits within the Major Projects team reporting to a Project Manager and is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of Major Infrastructure, Facilities and Construction Projects ranging from small investment projects to multi-million pound projects.
