Salary:
From £43,373 per annum dependent on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the requirements capture, design, implementation, delivery, commissioning and handover of major construction and engineering projects
Controlling project costs through full lifecycle incorporating contractual and supply chain costs, accurate forecasting aligned to spend profiles
Controlling project activities including site management and contractor control
Maintain and manage a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the highrisk aspects of the projects undertaken

Your skills and experiences:

Experience of successfully managing major projects i.e. up to multimillion pound value
Experience of managing a team and effectively communicating at all levels internally and externally
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Development of Project Management Plans, Presentation packs, LCM presentation material

The Major Projects Team:

This role sits within the Major Projects team reporting to a Project Manager and is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of Major Infrastructure, Facilities and Construction Projects ranging from small investment projects to multi-million pound projects.
