Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate catering operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Supervise and train catering staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Manage food production and presentation, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • Collaborate with clients to plan menus and customize catering services to meet their needs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup as required

Skills:


  • Strong kitchen knowledge and experience in food production
  • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred

Salary:
£22,578.00-£23,062.00 per year

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
