Position Overview:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has experience managing Google, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads.

You will be optimising advertising campaigns for maximum conversions, managing multiple large budgets, and continuously looking at ways to improveROI.

This role includes both B2B and B2C advertising with some focus on eCommerce.


Day to Day activities

  • Creating and optimising ads on Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Improve performance and increase conversions on all platforms
  • Manage multiple large budgets for diverse teams throughout the organisation
  • Working with stakeholders to execute campaigns and promote lead generation
  • Providing data driven reports to review and improve advertising campaigns
  • Helping campaign teams optimize their landing pages for conversions
  • Undertaking keyword research using tools such as SemRush
  • Defining and creating different audiences for campaigns
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, plan and implement new digital programs and campaigns

Key Skills

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or related qualification
  • At least 2 years experience in paid advertising
  • Experience working on Google Ads, Facebook ads and LinkedIn ads
  • Knowledge of conversion reporting using Google Analytics
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail

Its a bonus if you have

  • Knowledge of ABM tools such as Terminus, DemandBase, RollWorks or NRich
  • Experience integrating advertising channels with Hubspot
  • Experience with multilingual advertising
  • Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, etc)
