Description

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as an Administrator/Receptionist at our esteemed primary school.

As the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and organised environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage student attendance records and maintain accurate student records in the school's database.
  • Provide administrative support to the school's staff, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain the school's reception area and ensure it is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with other school staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer serviceoriented mindset.

£79.00-£91.00 per day
