Finance Assistant


We are recruiting for an individual experienced in Finance to join an established Estate Agency in Bradley Stoke on a full time basis with Hybrid work available.

You will be joining a welcoming and friendly team to provide support to the lettings department and wider business.


As a Finance Assistant your duties will include:

  • Managing client rent accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of rent payments.
  • Processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Performing monthend reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual financial reports, providing key insights and analysis.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Property Manager in chasing late rent payments

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • Have accounts / finance experience
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a great team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000

  • Hybrid working available upon induction and training
