Fast Track to care role in Barry £13.17ph ref 78561- To co-ordinate the development plan for the Fast Track to Care development programme, aiming for one programme per month and to oversee the ongoing programme of activity/events

  • To establish and maintain connections with learning providers in order to procure external learning and development where required to meet the needs identified, ensuring all external procurement follows the procurement process and guidelines.
  • To work collaboratively with the wider Social Care Workforce Development Team to plan, organise and administer all activity, ensuring all development is setup and recorded on the Learning Management System (LMS) and communicated widely through appropriate communication channels.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
