About Our Client:

Our client, based in Manchester City, is a market leading tech business. Due to continue growth, they have a new position available as Customer Experience Representative.

The Customer Experience Representative role includes the following duties:

  • Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
  • Ensure a smooth cooperation and you know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and company
  • Follow up on customer's shipments and support their interests within the organisation, going that extra mile to offer excellent service

The Successful Applicant:


For the Customer Experience Representative position, we require:

  • Experience maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Confident dealing with key clients
  • Ideally from a tech background but not a necessity
