About Our Client:
Our client, based in Manchester City, is a market leading tech business. Due to continue growth, they have a new position available as Customer Experience Representative.
The Customer Experience Representative role includes the following duties:
- Be a single point of contact for national and international customers, co-coordinating between the customer and company
- Ensure a smooth cooperation and you know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and company
- Follow up on customer's shipments and support their interests within the organisation, going that extra mile to offer excellent service
The Successful Applicant:
For the Customer Experience Representative position, we require:
- Experience maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Confident dealing with key clients
- Ideally from a tech background but not a necessity
