My client is a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally.

They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Midlands region based in our offices at Northampton.


You will be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner and will manage the defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained.

You will also be responsible for arranging Technician and Contractor visits to homeowner's properties to rectify defects, ensuring an effective and efficient use of time and resources whilst ensuring customer needs are met.


This is an ideal role for someone who is either currently working as a Customer Service Coordinator for a similar company, or a Customer Service Administrator or in a customer facing role looking to take the next step in their career.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,955.00-£25,227.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
