**DEPARTMENT MANAGER- MENSWEAR ACCESSORIES
CENTRAL LONDON, W1A
£40,000-£45,000**

German luxury fashion brand renowned for its leather goods and accessories

Located in Central London

PERSONAL PROFILE:

Responsible for the organisation, team and performance of the department
Supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager's activities in their department
Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Driving and supporting team with sales
Strong knowledge in CRM processes
Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's

THE PACKAGE:

Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum + commission
Additional bonuses
