This newly created group wide position, working for an international consumer brand services business based in the South, is an fantastic opportunity for an expert GRC professional


The Governance, Risk and Compliance manger will be the group's governance expert and will ensure that the group's governance framework is coherent and compliant in all respects.

The role will provide support the management of risk and ensure that the groupis compliant with its regulatory and statutory obligations.


The post holder will have overall responsibility for policy development and updating, as well as acting as Company Secretary for all Group companies.

You will have significant experience in finance, with at least ten years in senior management.


The ability to pro-actively keep up to date with current regulatory legislation and highlight risks and opportunities in a proactive way.

An awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic, regulatory and market environment in which our clients group operates.

Providing advice and guidance to the C suite executives and the Board on key matters of regulatory and statutory importance

You will act as Company Secretary to all Group companies, ensure legal compliance and attend Board meetings.


This is an exciting role for someone who has at least 5 years experience as a GRC lead and the strategic and commercial awareness to work at board level.
