About the Role


We are looking for an Administrator to assist the Revenue Management team in effective and efficient team support and client management fee and charge administration.

The role will include various tasks such as

Accurately checking/updating static data relating to quarterly fee and charging reporting

Manual fees and charges journal entries

Construction and checking of fees and charges pages on inception for new accounts and mid period adjustments for existing accounts

Calculation of ad-hoc and initial management fees and adviser charges - Ensure IFA Company payments are paid in a timely and accurate fashion

Front Office/IFA business support and query resolution

General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks such as keeping electronic department files updated.

Being prepared to take on additional project responsibilities as the need arises or is identified, supporting and covering team members where appropriate.

Microsoft office skills is essential to the role. System experience such as Figaro, CRM and advantage would be beneficial but not essential. Wealth Management experience would be helpful. Ideally it would be desirable to hold IOC.
