We are currently seeking to appoint a Craft Training Supervisor to join the Training Department within the Midlands region, working 3 days per week.

The role will include supervision of regional craft apprentices and provide support and assistance to the Regional Training Manager.

The role will include:

Supervision of craft apprentices, including assistance with recruitment, retention, mentoring and reporting of progress.
Biweekly site visits to craft apprentices' workplace and regular meetings with their college.
Supporting targeted recruitment and training requirements.
Delivery of training.
Promotion of the business and training function.

Experience within the construction industry is essential and knowledge of apprenticeships desirable. You should be enthusiastic, professional, adaptable and passionate about the work.
