Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join Metric to support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions.


Metric is a New York founded, high growth global recruitment business partnering with some of the worlds most cutting edge and innovative businesses to build world-class teams.


This role will be based in our Nottingham office but will provide support across all of our offices including London, New York and Florida and will be responsible for various administrative tasks including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, implementation of HR practices, policies and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Hours per week: 37 hours to be worked Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:30 and Friday 9:00-17:00.


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Onboarding new starters.
  • Assisting with maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Administering HR related documentation.
  • Accurately maintaining the HR system to ensure all employee records are up to date.
  • HR reporting including sickness and holidays.
  • Assisting with employee benefit administration.
  • Updating the employee handbook and policy documents.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Providing adhoc admin support when required.

Requirements:


  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly professional manner.
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking full ownership to get things done.
  • An aptitude for proactive problem solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, demonstrating initiative and a strong drive to support colleagues.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
