To answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and queries

To assist the web team with different online tasks and handle online chats

Undertake any other duties given by the line manager including helping in the warehouse, picking and packing orders

2 years + customer service experience preferred

Competent in basic IT skills

Qualifications GCSE or equivalent
