Coded Welder
Boyd Ashington is a manufacturer of cooling solutions for the Aerospace and Defence Industry.
Growth of the business over the last few years has created the opportunity for a welder/operator with a bias towards aluminium and stainless steel TIG welded materials.
Typically the welding of heat exchangers fabricated with thin gauge aluminium alloys or stainless steel.
TIG/MMA/MIG welding on aluminium alloys, stainless steel 304/316L.
A good engineering background
The ability to read engineering drawings
Fabrication
Complex fillet welds and small tube welding to various NDT standards including pressure testing.
Applicants will be required to undertake a weld test.
Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
