LS-TEN are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of Teaching and Learning to join our team.
As part of the school leadership team your role will be to:

Support the CEO and CCO to determine the strategic development of the School Curriculum and Delivery Model.
Be responsible for daytoday operation of teaching and learning within the school and work with the SENDCo to support the coordination of specific provision to support individuals with SEN or disability.
Manage, support and develop the delivery team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher and educational leader who wants to develop creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, working with individual and small groups of pupils in a school where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

Already experienced in an alternative education environment, you will be forward thinking, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, be motivated by supporting families and helping every child to reach their potential.

Contracted to 47.6 weeks a year with whole departments shut down during periods of the year. Term time plus 15 days.
