Work Pattern hours per week;

Must be able to work mornings of Mondays, Thursday and Fridays but some flexibility with ad hoc appointments during the week to arrange appointments etc

Flexibility with hours between - 5pm

The opportunity

  • Faithworks is an outreach ministry within Banbury Community Church. We operate within a 10mile radius of Banbury town centre.
  • Faithworks receive and collect donated furniture and household goods, check, package and repair (if necessary) them before supplying to people in need who access the ministry.
  • We are looking for a Team Leader to drive forward the Faithworks Furniture project and be part of our success story
  • You will be offered full training for this role

The role:


  • The Team Leader will manage, maintain and develop the Faithworks Furniture Project
  • Coordinate our team of volunteers, lead the daily operation, manage stock and oversee the smooth running of the project.

  • As we are a small team your positive attitude, team player and getting things done mindset is equally as important as your ability to support the work of Faithworks and the church.
  • This is a real unique opportunity for the right person to join the project at a truly exciting time of our journey.

The Organisation

  • Faithworks' supports some of the most vulnerable people in the Banbury area. Many of the clients we support are people moving out of supported housing and refuges, families on low incomes, individuals having to rebuild a home following relationship breakdown, illness, unforeseen circumstances and the homeless.
