I'm excited to be partnering with a high-growth company within the cosmetics space, that is home to multiple luxury brands.

They are seeking a solution driven individual that has a hands-on approach to join their team as a Customer Service and LogisticsManager.

Driving the business forward - managing a team of three supply chain executives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business, with a culture of excellence.

You will be responsible for leading the customer service and logistics division, utilising an innovative approach to solve complex problems, ensuring 'best in class'service and a highly efficient logistics operating model.


Our client is looking for someone who is able to think outside the box and is able to lead and inspire their team.


What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Accountable for building robust and strong partnerships with 3PL providers
  • Managing existing relationships, through KPIs and SLAs. Identifying potential efficiency and service improvements
  • Provide seamless customer service, whilst creating and implementing strong processes, policies and procedures, ensuring high standards and prioritisation of clients
  • Improving the flow of customer service and logistics throughout all areas of the business;

Requirements:


  • Experience managing 3rd party warehousing and logistics withing the FMCG space, ideally in the cosmetics industry;
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills;
  • Strong knowledge of procedures/processes relating to transport trade
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with experience in order management and fulfilment across a broad SKU portfolio
