Respiratory Physiology Service
The Respiratory Physiology Service is an area service and provides a full range of diagnostic breathing tests on patients in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE), Western General Hospital (WGH), St.
We require a bright, enthusiastic person to join the team in Respiratory Physiology.
The Clinical Physiology Assistant supports the Respiratory Physiologists performing and reporting on a range of simple breathing tests on patients, and also supports the department administration assistant with general clerical and administration duties.
The tests are carried out in the department, out-patient clinics and hospital wards.Word processing experience is essential and experience working in a health care environment performing spirometry would be advantageous.
