A well established, market leading brand are on the hunt for a hungry Sales Manager to drive the business forward in their Walthamstow branch.

The business is from a top class pedigree and part of a collection of well known brands within Estate Agency and hasa fantastic reputation on service and performance.

So will you be This role would suit a current Sales Manager looking for an opportunity to further their career or a Senior Negotiator that wants to step up.

My client, a fantastic market leading multi branch agency, are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in their established office based in the centre of Walthamstow.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own andbe encouraged and supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.

Responsibilities for this Sales Manager role will include:

Manage the day to day sales people and processes and deputise for the Branch Manager, running morning meetings and coaching sessions as necessary.
Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field.
Work closely with your team, that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers
Providing personal, professional estate agency experience and advice, you help us make sure customers get the best possible service at all times.

Skills & Experience for this Sales Manager role:

Drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm.
Full UK driving license.
Broad understanding of the Walthamstow property market
An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales.
The ability to motivate and inspire team members.
