My client are a leading building and construction company based in Solihull and recruiting for an Office Manager who has relevant experience within facilities.
Family run and owned company who portrays that family feel within the offices are wanting apeoples person within the office and looking for the right personality fit to join their ever growing family.
During the mornings up until 12.00pm you will be covering the main reception area.This is then covered by the Receptionist who will be directly working under you.
This role offers a variety of many hats that you would need to wear from arranging all travel and accommodation arrangements to approving invoices to ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked up with all the refreshments.
You need to be confident, outgoing, atrue to heart peoples person who enjoys liaising with individuals at all levels professionally yet personable.
Hours of work are 7.30am pm Monday - Thursday.Friday 7.30am pm
