Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic marketing executive who can hit the ground running as we continue through an exciting and busy growth period.

You'll be experienced in working in a commercial retail environment, be creative in your marketing ideas and have all the communication and organisational skills to make these happen.

Working under the Brand Manager, you'll work alongside a small team which has a big impact on the success of the company, a role where you can really make your mark.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Determining promotional offers and ensuring these are communicated and executed
  • Liaising with charities to nurture relationships and create brand exposure opportunities
  • Seeking out other brands to work alongside, driving new customers to our brand through asset exchanges and competitions
  • Ensuring product photography and descriptions are available for the ecommerce team, working with photographers and designers
  • Plan out content for each campaign and organise the execution of the content creation
  • Own the data capture strategy and implement activities
  • Create the offline advertising strategy and manage all aspects of the process
  • Conduct market research and analysis the audience
  • Briefing the in house graphic designer on any promotional signage that needs creating for shops
  • Responsible for the PR & Communication activity and analyse results for future planning
  • Manage the coordination of bringing new products online alongside the ecommerce team

Essential skills:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication ensuring all departments are aware of new initiatives
  • An eye for detail with a thoughtful approach to campaigns
  • Strategic and analytic, able to process data and use this to inform future campaigns
  • Exceptional copywriter with understanding of writing for different channels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues, the public and external partners at all levels
Needs degree or equivalent

Must live in Cornwall and be able to commute daily

Salary:
£28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
