G & R Pykett Ltd are a small team of 12 people, selling, servicing and repairing tractors and farm machinery in IlkestonA position has become available for a Part/Stores person. Previous experience in a parts department is preferred, full training on our accounting system will be given. You must be computer literate and be able to work as part of a team
Your role is to run the parts department, managing all parts in and out and controlling the stock we hold.
You will be required:
To manage daily our stock and order what is necessary
To interact with our customers, so you will require good communication skills and a good telephone manner
To interact with the service technicians to ensure they have all the relevant parts for their duties
To communicate with Fendt/AGCO to manage business targets set by the manufacturer
To parcel up and post out parts to customers
To carry out occasional driving duties to deliver/collect parts
To order, receive, book in goods, book out and invoice goods to customers or internal use
To work on own initiative
