Our client is a prominent accountants, tax and business advisors, based across Scotland. Due to continued growth in their Audit team, they are now looking for a full-time Audit Senior to support a range of services to a varied portfolio of clients.

About the role
This role would suit a diligent and professional individual, looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the manager, the Audit Seniorwill work across all aspects of audit fieldwork and documentation, was well as supporting the wider team.

Key aspects of the role include:

Supporting the manager in planning, performing, and completing audit assignments;
Being responsible for all aspects of audit fieldwork;
Being involved in the budget setting process and ensuring tasks are completed in line with budgets;
Preparingand reviewing highquality audit documentation and drafts of the financial statements;
Managing and prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met;
Delegating work to junior members of the team and providing onthejob coaching and mentoring to the trainees when needed;
Develop strong relationships with clients, the Audit team, and the wider firm.

The ideal person
The person will have good numerical and data analysis skills, with an excellent attention to detail.

They will have a professional and flexible attitude to work, being able to adapt to different demands, while also displaying a good team and collaborativeapproach.
