Duties of the Customer Account Executive:

  • Take ownership over customer accounts, as the first point of contact for any escalations
  • Drive customer NPS scores and evaluate customer account scores
  • Responsible for customer account renewals, offering a proactive service
  • Onboard new customers, and maintain customer relationships throughout their life cycle
