A rare opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance Transformation to join a Fintech company

The role will involve

Introducing improvements and efficiency's to the core Finance team processes
Create process designs for finance processes, focusing on automation, simplification and standardisation
Develop and run workshops with business and finance users to develop process design,understand and identify process improvements that meet required business outcomes
Implement best practices in project management, utilising appropriate methodologies, tools, and techniques
Resolving legacy items and connections between the general ledger and the data warehouse
Building out new and streamline existing processes and controls linked to the Finance systems
Investigating and determining the data model for producing an accounting rules engine for core finance systems

You will have

Proven experience of successfully managing transformation projects from start to finish
Experienced in operating within a multilayered, international matrix environment
Ability to influence and collaborate with broad range of stakeholders
Proven in leading highperforming teams, coaching and developing individuals
