Note:
This role involves both office based and & outside office activities.
A full clean driving license is required.
Hours:
Full-Time = Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm on a rota basis.
Salary:
Depending on experience.
Main Purpose of Job:
Contribute to the growth of our successful Sales & Lettings Business. Provide an excellent level of service to clients and in representing our company.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities.
- Implementation of Company's Sales & Lettings processes.
- Management of property repairs including liaising with tenants, landlords & contractors and updating internal computer systems.
- Preparation of leases and conditions reports
- Ensure all the legal obligations and company standards are consistently met in representing vendors and landlords.
- Advising and updating clients of Sales offers and progress
- Manage and update computerised property sales system.
- Conduct property viewings and condition reports at external premises as required
- Carryout Valuation Followups.
- Assist with the development of the company' social media channels and outbound marketing activities.
- Liaise directly with clients in person, telephone and in writing ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Person Specification:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and focused individual to join our growing team.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven administrative experience in the production of formal documents and correspondence.
- Proven experience of out bound and/or inbound sales including identifying and delivering on cross selling opportunities.
- Proven excellence in communication and negotiation skills through direct client contact.
- Proven ability to work in a busy office environment and operate effectively as part of a team to ensure excellence in customer service.
- Proven ability to think on feet, be adaptable, work to deadlines and achieve targets.
As this role involves both office based and & outside office activities. A full clean driving license is required.
Desirable Criteria:
- Relevant Property Industry experience and knowledge is preferable.
- Experience in Property Sales & Lettings process is desirable

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
