This is a post for Residential support and Outreach workers. Appropriately experienced with sufficient knowledge and skills to work with young people aged 16+.

The post holder would work as part of a team providing residential / outreach care and support to young people aged 16 to 24 in a shared semi-Independent Accommodation nurturing environment.

The post holder will support young people to become more positive about themselves life events culture, future prospects and prepare them for living independently in the community.

The post holder will have the opportunity of providing creative, good quality and well-resourced care as well as assist them with achieving all their aspirations in life.

Experience:

• Two years' practical experience of looking after Young people either as a Support Worker, Field Worker, Education, Youth Work or as a Parent knowledge of Transitions for young people aged 16+
