We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Validation Office within our Life Sciences division If you're looking for change, and you're ready to make changeswe're looking for you.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To undertake qualification and validation activities across DHL LSC sites in accordance with site procedures and corporate policies to meet regulatory requirements (travel required).
  • Prepare, execute and report validation documentation in line with site procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate/qualify relevant computerised systems, equipment, vehicles and processes in line with with GMP /GDP/ GAMP requirements
  • Ensure full compliance of relevant QMS elements in relevant areas (inc. CAPA Management, Internal audits, Change Control, Temperature mapping, Training, SOP approvals, Doc. Control, etc.)
  • Provide life cycle management and coordination services for all aspects of computer system validation in line with GDP, GAMP and Annex 1
  • Support business growth by participating on projects and advising on Validation Lifecycle.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of relevant and current regulatory requirements within the EU and UK in relation to validation.

Now, here's what we need from you:

  • Pervious experience within a Quality role.
  • Experience with regulatory and clients audits and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of working within a Quality Management System associated with cGDP/ cGMP.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate quality project work.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Supply Chain/Warehousing elements would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills.
  • Able to work at heights (operating Scissor lifts
  • Training will be provided) and work across 3 chambers (Chilled, ambient & frozen).
