RWB Group UK is excited to announce an opening for an
Outbound Telesales Prospector based in their Hertfordshire office. They are on the lookout for a passionate, proactive, and outgoing individual to be an integral part of their team.
Role Overview:
As an Outbound Telesales Prospector and Lead Generator, you will be working closely with their Business Development Manager to identify and prospect new and existing customers.
The enquiries you generate will be quoted and closed by the team, helping to maintain a consistent pipeline of work for their external drainage team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect to both new and existing customers, promoting our services and generating new enquiries.
- Work in tandem with the Business Development Manager in identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of work for the external drainage team.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, fostering a positive image and reputation for our company in the market.
Your Profile
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Selfmotivated with a 'cando' attitude.
- Previous experience in telesales or business development would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

£18,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience.
