Geo-Environemntal Consultant - London

My client is a successful environmental consultancy specialising in all stages of development with services delivered to clients across the UK.

This client works on a wide range of projects including:
commercial developments, housing estates and small propertyextensions.

Although focused on all aspects of geotechnics my client has an extensive contaminated land department working on projects such as:
petrol stations, scrap yards, power stations and railway land.

This role is ideal for someone looking to broadentheir site work experience under the supervision of experienced and senior professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

Completing both field and office based projects to a high standard
Factual reporting

- data entry of fieldwork result

Liaising and reporting to senior staff members
Client liaison
Data processing
Willingness to travel

Needed qualifications and experience:

Relevant in degree e.g. Geology
Some practical experience in phase 1 and 2 studies
An understanding of geoenvironmental engineering
Ability to work as a team player with good communication skills
Excellent report writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to travel to different sites
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
