    Description

    Job Summary

    This is a Legal Counsel role providing legal support and advice across the ANS business. The successful candidate will work closely with internal corporate and commercial stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and work independently on commercial legal work including drafting, negotiating, and closing agreements with customers and/or customer's legal advisers.
    • Draft terms for new product launches and collaborate with product and marketing teams.
    • Review and input into Service level agreements for new products.
    • Deal with legal matters arising during the course of the ANS business, including supporting HR on legal matters and litigation.
    • Proactively mitigate the Company's legal risks.
    • Develop and/or update relevant corporate templates.
    • Draft, review, and evaluate internal policies and other legal documents as necessary.
    • Support the compliance team on ISO audits.

    Requirements

    • A Solicitor with significant demonstrated experience in a law firm and/or in-house, including via SQE in commercial or company/commercial law.
    • Demonstrable strong drafting and negotiation skills.
    • Able to understand technology around cloud and have previous exposure to broad areas of corporate affairs.
    • Proven ability to contribute as a team player whilst working independently.
    • Customer-focused.
