Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen, enthusiastic, competent individual to join the HR team at AJN Steelstock. The role involves carrying out extensive administration tasks to assist the HR team throughout the employees life cycle.

The successful individual will have experience in using Microsoft office suite, be a competent data processor with high levels of accuracy and will have an interest in working as an integral part of a team, gaining experience within a fast-paced, ever changing HR environment.

Experience in HR is not essential as extensive training will be given.

Hours:
/ 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday


Duties include:

  • Supporting the HR function throughout an employee's life cycle with any administrative tasks (shredding/scanning/filing/record keeping etc.) as required
  • Screening and responding to HR phone calls as appropriate
  • Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and employee records
  • Assisting and supporting with recruitment and carrying out associated administration
  • Booking and logging accommodation and travel for the entire company
  • Being the administrator for all company benefits
  • Collating, analysing and presenting HR data as required
  • Supporting with and carrying out of HRrelated projects
  • Carrying out the starters and leavers process
  • Coordinating the onboarding documentation for new starters
  • Entering employee data into HR databases
  • Completing note taking in HR meetings as required
  • Carrying out HR monthly audits
  • Carrying out administration tasks associated with the annual appraisal process
  • Assisting with the sickness and absence process when required
  • Supporting the team with administration associated with HRrelated training programmes and workshops for staff
  • Complying with GDPR and legal requirements at all times
  • Attending all training courses when required

From £22,000.00 per year
