An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Partnerships & Planning Team, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Service Group, based in Glanrhyd Hospital.


They should have good numeracy skills and office administration experience and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages especially MS Teams and Excel.

Experience of working in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities is desirable but not essential.

If you are driven, enthusiastic, and are suitably qualified, this post will offer an exciting new challenge.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Providing administration support to Planning & Partnership Team

Providing and distributing reports for specific areas of work to the relevant teams.


The post holder will process documents accurately and as directed by the manager, will demonstrate self-directed development and practice of administrative systems.


When required arrange meetings and associated paperwork, taking and transcribing minutes, distributing agendas, paperwork and approved minutes effectively in a timely manner.
