Chapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Support Engineer to join this leading IT Managed Services provider.

They have a reputation for delivering innovative, cutting-edge solutions for business from SME to Enterprise, on time, on budget, every time.

They arecurrently experiencing unprecedented growth and offer a collaborative working environment.

The role will include the following areas:

  • Provide remote IT support over the phone for numerous businesses
  • Provide support for Window Server , HP switches, Win 10, firewalls, network infrastructure, AD DS, DNS, DHCP
  • Setup and managed customers Office 365 tenants
  • Setup and troubleshoot VPN's
  • O365 Admin and multitenant support


The role will be based from their Dudley offices for the first few months and once you are acquainted with processes, the team and customers, you will have flexibility to work a few days from home.

A UK Driving License is needed.


Other areas of the role will include:

  • 2nd-Line support
  • Daily system checks and responding to system alerts.
  • Management of the Service Desk tools.
  • Assisting with Service Reports.
  • Working with the A/C Managers on service improvement plans & service development.
  • Working closely with Meridian IT Operation and Technical Consultants.
  • Monthly Service Reporting.
